These Terms and Conditions "Terms" govern the rental of vehicles "Vehicles" and related services "Services" provided by BookUp.rent "Company". By renting a Vehicle or using the Services, you "Renter" or "BookUp.rent" agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Rental Agreement

2.1 The rental agreement "Rental Agreement" is made between the Company and the Renter.

2.2 The Rental Agreement includes the Terms, the rental period, the Vehicle details, and the rates.

3. Vehicle Use

3.1 The Renter shall use the Vehicle only for the purpose stated in the Rental Agreement.

3.2 The Renter shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3.3 The Renter shall not sublease or assign the Vehicle to any third party.

4. Payment and Refund Terms

4.1 The Renter shall pay all rental fees, charges, and taxes specified in the Rental Agreement.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to charge additional fees for services such as fuel, tolls, and parking.

4.3 Refunds will be made in accordance with the Company's refund policy.

5. Cancellation and Termination

5.1 The Renter may cancel the Rental Agreement subject to the Company's cancellation policy.

6. Insurance and Liability

6.1 The Company shall provide insurance coverage for the Vehicle.

6.2 The Renter shall be liable for any damage or loss caused to the Vehicle.

7. Dispute Resolution

7.1 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Rental Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration.

11.2 The Company will provide backup and mechanic services for self-drive rentals.

12. Accident and Breakdown Procedures

12.1 In case of an accident or breakdown, the Renter shall notify the Company immediately.

12.2 The Company will provide assistance and support to resolve the issue.

13. Delivery and Shipping

13.1 The Company offers delivery and shipping services for Vehicles.

13.2 The Renter shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding delivery and shipping.

By renting a Vehicle or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
